1.          First Meeting

The first step is to contact us at by email with information about your needs and wishes and your availability for a meeting or call.

After this first contact, we will send you a proposal outlining the scope of the project and our fees.

2.        Discovery + Design Concept Development

Based on your requirements and your personal taste and lifestyle, we put together ideas and concepts in the form of floorplans, 2D or 3D images, sketches of furniture and fittings, and samples of materials and fabrics.

Even if you feel uncertain, we help you discover and choose.

Our ultimate goal is to create the design you want and find the furnishings and finishes which fulfil your wishes and fit with your budget.

3.         Final Design Presentation + Client Approval

When all the elements of the project are complete, we present the final design documents to you so that you know exactly how the space will look when the project is completed.

We provide you with the final lists of all items to be ordered with descriptions and prices. Where needed, quotes by specialists, artisans and installers are provided.

 

4.        Procurement + Project Management

With your approval of all aspects of the project, we now proceed to order the furniture and materials and commission any construction work and installations needed. We manage purchasing and deliveries. We are regularly on-site to oversee works and ensure completion according to the vision and qualities agreed.

 

5.      Installation + Styling

With deliveries complete, furniture, fittings, accessories and art are installed and final adjustments made in preparation for your arrival.

 

6.    After the Project

Although the project is officially complete, we are still here for you. If there is something which does not feel exactly right, we resolve it and ensure you enjoy your beautiful new space.
